“Scarred for Life” Memorial Match

This game will be the first played on our new training turf - so come and be a part of the club history!

As a club we want to look beyond just wins and losses, to focus on the positive impact we can have on the lives of our players, families, supporters and the broader community.

"Scarred for Life" is a memorial hockey match, held in honour of MRHC players Stuart ‘Scar’ Campbell, Ken Howes and Wes Battese. It is the central event for our clubs growing emphasis on mental health and our drive to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all members.

This is a very friendly game, all ages and abilities welcome to play - just remember to wear appropriate shoes to play on the turf!

All funds raised will be donated to Zero2Hero to support a young person on their next youth camp.

If you play in a Year 9-12 team, take a look at Camp Hero. If you would like to apply for the camp (October school holidays) email Maxine for a reference.
